Your consultation will be led by our founder, Monica, or a senior BellaHaus professional organizer. This is a personal, in-home visit where we listen to your goals, evaluate your space, and begin designing a plan tailored to your needs. We value your privacy and respect your home at every step.
We take time to understand your routines and challenges, we review your spaces just as they are. Photos and measurements are taken so we can identify a plan. After this visit, you’ll receive a clear project estimate with projected hours, supply costs, and materials.
After your consultation, we provide a detailed estimate outlining projected hours, number of organizers needed, supply costs, and any additional services. Larger or more complex projects may require extra staff to ensure the work is completed efficiently, often within two days.
We take care of sourcing containers, bins, and organizing products for you, either online or in-store. With a designer’s eye, we select pieces that fit your space, style, and budget. Product sourcing is billed separately at $25/hour, and we always provide you with purchase options before ordering.
On work day, our team brings the plan to life. We carefully empty, clean, and sort your space, guiding you through simple decisions on what to keep, donate, or let go. Then we implement smart, sustainable systems with containers, labels, and a designer’s touch, leaving your home fresh, functional, and easy to maintain.
The process varies depending on the scope of the project and the services required. Typically, the ¨Hands-On¨ process takes between 4 to 8 hours from decluttering, cleaning to final staging. Larger projects will need more hands to accomplish tasks and maybe a second day of work.
We only use eco-friendly, pet-safe cleaning supplies along with professional equipment such as vacuums, vapor irons, and air purifiers. These are included in our service rates, ensuring your home is cleaned and disinfected safely and effectively.
You’re welcome to be as involved as you’d like. Some clients prefer to be present for decision-making, while others are comfortable leaving us to handle the process. Either way, we respect your privacy and ensure your home is treated with the utmost care.

Quarterly maintenance visits are available to help keep your systems running smoothly year-round. After your initial project, we’ll discuss a follow-up schedule that fits your lifestyle — whether it’s every three months, seasonally, or as needed. These sessions are designed to refresh, reset, and give you peace of mind that your home stays organized long term.
